Lash Appointment Policy

​Before booking appointment:

• $50 deposit is required to secure every appointment. Please book when you have the deposit ready and it can be sent through Venmo or Zelle.
• No foreign fill. If you come in with lash extensions not done by me, a removal is needed and $30 will be added into your balance.
• No refund.
• No show and unresponsive = banned from booking.

About sending deposit:​

• Deposit must be sent via Zelle
• Deposit will count toward your total. If you turn on for purchase on Venmo, the percentage will be applied to your total.
• All appointment without deposit will be automatically canceled after 2 hours without notification.
• Deposit is non-refundable. It is transferable ONCE to new appointment ONLY the reschedule is made 48 hours prior the original appointment. ​
• If you cancel appointment within 48hrs, you will need to make a new deposit for new appointment. I have sympathy for family emergency and busy schedule, however, late cancellation/no show severely affects my business, the deposit is only just enough to cover products, not rent. So if you know you cannot make to the appointment, please let me know ahead of time.

​About Touch-Up Appointment:

• A Fill Appointment must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining attached on your natural lashes.
• Anything set which is under  40% of lash extensions remaining attached on your natural lashes will be considered a full set since a fill appointment will not be long enough for me to complete the set.
